Telecommunications |
The telephone is probably the single most important business tool in use today. Depending on the number of users, plans for future growth and the types of services (i.e., conference calling, call forwarding, call transferring, etc.) primarily used, an inadequate telephone system or a telephone system that cannot expand to meet anticipated future growth can be a costly mistake.
So, it is imperative that your firm examine its current situation by asking the following questions:
- Does your firm currently have a telephone system, or are you using Centrex or regular telephone lines?
- Does your current telephone system have available capacity to easily add additional telephone sets
- What voice-mail system does your firm currently use?
- Are you satisfied with the performance and features in (a) your telephone system and (b) your voice-mail system?
- Finally, and perhaps most importantly, is your firm making the best use of your current telephone and/or voice-mail system?
From Centrex to Hybrid-Key telephone systems to full blown PBX systems, we can help you assess your telecommunication needs and then implement the best solution for your firm. |
